If you’re looking for a permanent home while you stay with us, you can book our apartments without a fixed check-out date. Just let us know once’ve found your home.


We don’t require a deposit (exception: pet deposit for our pet-friendly units) and there’s no commission. VAT forms and credit cards are accepted. TLA/TQSA rates available.


You will get your own free high-speed Internet with Wi-Fi which is not shared with anybody else. Phone calls to many EU countries (landlines) plus the US and Canada (cell phones & landlines) are free of charge. In addition you will get a lot of TV channels in English.


We can provide you with a Netflix account free of charge, or you can use your own account if you prefer to keep your settings and recommendations. Watch the latest TV series and movies in your own language whenever you want. You can also use YouTube and many other apps on your TV.

I can’t say enough good things about Executive Suites. They provided my wife and I with a great apartment and the information to make our transition from the US to Germany as seamless as possible.

I suggest considering a short term apartment from ESS rather than a hotel stay. Highly recommended.

No, there's no reception. We don’t run an extended stay hotel but offer real apartments. However a member of staff is often on site and you can always reach us by phone.

Just let us know when you will arrive and we’ll arrange for a member of staff to move you in and explain everything to you.

You can just leave your keys in the apartment and email us a photo of them.

Maid service is offered once a week incl. linen and towel change.

We must clean the apartment at least once a month, but we can offer you a discount if you require maid service less than weekly.

Yes, linen and towels are changed during each maid service.

Yes, there is a laundry room in the basement where you will have your own designated washer and dryer (not shared).

Yes, we provide you with your own mailbox with your name on it.

No, each of our apartments is 100% smoke-free.

Yes, if you request cribs and high chairs before you arrive, we can provide them free of charge.

The duplex parking in the garage is not suitable for SUVs or vans.

If you have a large vehicle, we suggest our Downtown Penthouses. Our parking spots there are wide enough for large SUVs, vans and trucks.

We welcome pets in our pet-friendly units.

However we cannot allow a dog to be home alone all day.
