We don’t require a deposit (exception: pet deposit for our pet-friendly units) and there’s no commission. VAT forms and credit cards are accepted. TLA/TQSA rates available.
You will get your own free high-speed Internet with Wi-Fi which is not shared with anybody else. Phone calls to many EU countries (landlines) plus the US and Canada (cell phones & landlines) are free of charge. In addition you will get a lot of TV channels in English.
We can provide you with a Netflix account free of charge, or you can use your own account if you prefer to keep your settings and recommendations. Watch the latest TV series and movies in your own language whenever you want. You can also use YouTube and many other apps on your TV.

By far, this was the best lodging experience I’ve ever had. The apartment and facilities were absolutely first-class and the staff was amazing! The staff is very friendly, professional and they provide their customers with an excellent Stuttgart lodging experience. I would highly recommend booking ESS for your short or long-term rental needs in Stuttgart!
